In brief

The original bus station was on the north side of Railway Drive, this was replaced in 1980, and again at the present site in 1986. This lasted until it closed in 2010 for redevelopment. The new Wolverhampton Bus Station opened in 2011. A tram stop opened outside on Piper's Row in 2023.
